Symptom

During the system copy, you got the following error in sapinst_dev.log:

create tablespace SYSTOOLSPACE in nodegroup IBMCATGROUP  pagesize 16k managed by database  using ( FILE    '/db2/ABC/sapdata1/NODE0000/SYSTOOLSPACE.container000' 25 M , FILE    '/db2/ABC/sapdata2/NODE0000/SYSTOOLSPACE.container001' 25 M , FILE    '/db2/ABC/sapdata3/NODE0000/SYSTOOLSPACE.container002' 25 M , FILE    '/db2/ABC/sapdata4/NODE0000/SYSTOOLSPACE.container003' 25 M ) on node ( 0 )  extentsize 2 prefetchsize automatic dropped table recovery off autoresize yes maxsize none
DB21034E The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a
valid Command Line Processor command. During SQL processing it returned:
SQL0968C The file system is full. SQLSTATE=57011
