3191474 - How to run manually asehostctrl command find in dev_sybdbfm - SRS

Symptom

Unable to find asehostctrl. Please guide on where and how to run it.

dev_sybdbfm with trace level 3 displays asehostctrl command failure.
One example below of a command failure extracted from dev_sybdbfm FM log:
executing: asehostctrl -function GetDatabaseStatus -dbname DDD -dbtype syb -dbinstance ASE1 .
starting control call.
Error: Database not found
