3191645 - SAP Web dispatcher points to wrong HTTP/HTTPS port in the backend

Symptom

There are two or more HTTP / HTTPS ports defined in the Instance profile of the backend system:

For example:

icm/server_port_0 =  PROT=HTTP, PORT=8000, TIMEOUT=60, PROCTIMEOUT=600

icm/server_port_1 =  PROT=HTTP, PORT=1500, TIMEOUT=60, PROCTIMEOUT=600

In the SAP Web dispatcher admin tool we see it points to port "1500" but the port should point to  port "8000" in a  backend JAVA system.
