3191845 - Incorrect invoice ID was assigned when ARBCIG_PRODUCT_ACTIVITY_CSG was run

The buyer is on an Ariba Network account integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway. Previously, when the buyer ran the ARBCIG_PRODUCT_ACTIVITY_CSG program, an incorrect invoice ID was assigned in case movements for invoices with the same BELNR but different company codes or fiscal years.
