3192086 - My Team & Curricula Tile Chart Colors Not Adhering to Theme Manager

When modifying all aspects of a theme in Theme Manager, the charts/pie graphs in Learning User side are not being updated. The My Team and Curricula tiles utilize the charts.

The My Team and Curricula tile are not coded to adhere to Theme Manager changes

It is current expected behavior of the system for the charts on the Learning User side to not change color based off Theme Manager preferences. To modify this behavior, please follow the process outlined in 2090228.
