3192089 - "No authorization to start the UI" error raised for SSCUI 101044

When trying to access SSCUI 101044 - "Set Up Payment Methods per Company Code for Payment Transaction" there is an error raised:

"No authorization to start the UI"

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud
• SAP Fiori
• SAP Core Platform

1. Open the app 'Manage Your Solution'.
2. Go to 'Configure Your Solution'.
3. At the left top Search box enter 101044
4. Click the found application area "Finance - Accounts Payable"
5. You will be able to see the Configuration Steps (SSCUIs).
6. Go to the right of the screen and choose the button ‘Configure’ for "Set Up Payment Methods per Company Code for Payment Transaction".

 Authorization missing to configure the SSCUI.

To configure the SSCUI 101044 - "Set Up Payment Methods per Company Code for Payment Transaction", the business catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_AP0_PC has to be added to the Business role and assigned to the Business User.
