3192230 - Tile/App shows twice in Cloud Foundry Launchpad/Portal service

Symptom

  • Affected app/tile is consumed from a content provider (Content Federation)
  • The integration of the exposed content is done at the role level.
  • The affected app/tile is part of more than one group in the content provider
  • The groups are which contain the app are assigned to different roles in the content provider
  • A Cloud Portal/Launchpad user assigned to one of the role will see all the groups with each tile containing a copy of the app
  • The expected behavior is to see only the groups that is part of the assigned role
