3192238 - Termination payout Error - [COE0020]No permission on the Termination UI

• An Error message comes up while running termination payout for an Employee. Error message : "[COE0020]No permission!"
• On the Time workbench screen, under the Payouts tab, the Time account dropdown is blank while trying to create a Payout

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to user profile and try terminating as of a specific date
2. Click on Pay Out under one of the Time accounts
3. The following permission error will appear.
4. This error doesnt come up when admin does the same task
5. Also. when trying to add payout from Time Payout 

   

• The Time account object permission is required in order to process payouts and on the instance, this object is not secured.
• Also, The permission role doesn't have "Access to non-secured objects" checked under Metadata Framework

• Ensure that permission to the Time account object is provided on the relevant permission role
• If the object is not secured, ensure this permission is selected on the role : "Access to non-secured objects" under Metadata Framework
