3192396 - Error "user not authorized to delete employee id" is raised while using ManageEmployeeIn web service

You are trying to update an existing employee using ManageEmployeeIn web service and the error "user not authorized to delete employee id" is raised.

There are updates done on the identification node recently which requires 2 extra tags needed to be added in the identification node for the update.

Please add the following nodes  to the payloadunder <Identification actionCode="06">.
