3192498 - How to quickly check if there was indexing and what index was updated

Very often working on solr cases you need to check whether the indexation took place, which index was updated and what time exactly it happened.

Some of the information could be taken out of log files of the pod the indexation job was performing (either backoffice or backgroundprocessing pod), but for example checking if the indexing was done on flip or flop (for Two phase indexation) would be more complex (involves checking the current active index in database)
