3192657 - 400 Bad Request: Plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port

Symptom

RFC destination fails with HTTP response 400 Bad Request.
This can be tested with "connection test" option from the RFC in transaction SM59

In the response body, following text or similar is given:

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port.
Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.
