It is not possible to re-verify one existing employee as he cannot find Form I-551 in the list of documents (dropdown list).

Citizenship status selected different from: A - LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENT 

In order to solve, in the first panel where asked: The employee has completed Section 1 of the Form I-9 with a citizenship/immigration status of AN ALIEN AUTHORIZED TO WORK. Confirm with the employee that the citizenship/immigration status is correct, "Select" equals to "No".
