3192664 - [Onboarding] Assign responsible group rule not working for Offboarding

• A rule is configured to assign a responsible group to review Employee data of offboarding User but the employer review step is assigned to Hiring Manager instead and not the responsible group

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The Rule is configured with Process type as Onboarding and hence the rule is not getting triggered.

• Please change the Process type as Offboarding if the rule is to be triggered for Offboarding employer review step.
