Symptom
- When uploading the signed FAN form during E-Verify TNC flow and submitting, an error message is shown "Download the Further Action Notice (FAN) in English or Spanish to continue." even though FAN form was downloaded earlier
- This occurs as the FAN form download is counted from when the current E-verify page is opened and does not consider if it was downloaded earlier
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - OBX
Reproducing the Issue
- Complete E-Verify tile as a Hiring Manager
- Click on Start for User A
- Download English FAN
- Click Close
- Send FAN to new hire User A
- User A signs and returns the FAN to the hiring manager
- The Hiring Manager logs into SuccessFactors --> Complete E-Verify tile
- Click on Start for User A
- Check the checkbox "I confirm that I have received the New hire's response." on step 3
- Select radio button "Take action to resolve the TNC. Upload the signed FAN and then select Save Case to continue."
- Upload the signed FAN file
- Submit Case
- Error message "Download the Further Action Notice (FAN) in English or Spanish to continue." and unable to proceed
Resolution
- Product Engineering is aware of this issue and working to correct it

Workaround
Download the FAN form again when submitting the case.
