Symptom
An email template with active status to "active" is not available for creating campaign.
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to the Sales Campaign work center.
- Access the Campaigns view.
- Open the relevant Campaign XXX, where XXX represents the Campaign ID.
- Select the Edit icon.
- Proceed to the Build facet.
- Add a target group to the campaign.
- Navigate to the Actions section.
- Select the Email template option.
- Observe that the new window does not display the email template selection.
Cause
- The email template is flagged as "Hide" in adaptation mode.
- This configuration prevents access to the email template when creating a new campaign.
Resolution
- Enable the email template by disabling the "Hide" option in adaptation mode.
- Follow these steps to make the email template field accessible:
- Navigate to the Sales Campaign work center.
- Access the Campaigns view.
- Select the "+" icon to create a new campaign.
- Enter adaptation mode.
- Expand the Email template option in the adaptation bar.
- Uncheck the "Hide" option.
- Exit adaptation mode.
- Refresh the screen.
- The email template will now be available for selection in the Sales Campaign.
