Symptom
The buyer is on an Ariba Network account integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration. Previously, a buyer created a product replenishment message with a defined quantity in Ariba Network and the corresponding schedule lines were created in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA. When the buyer updated the quantity in the product replenishment message as zero to delete the corresponding schedule lines, the scheduling agreement document failed in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA, and the schedule lines were not deleted.
