3193134 - Unable to change header colour in report center

Unable to find any setting to change the header seen below in light blue, behind the My Reports/All Reports in report center

Go to Report Center 

The header which is behind the My Reports/All Reports part of Report Center will display either as white or light blue

By default it should be white (Quartz Light) - as it takes the colour from the theme settings of the SAP Fiori 3 theme for UI5 Libraries (Quartz Light)

In some cases it can be a light blue 

Currently in the 2h 2021 release there is an option - "Enable SAP Fiori 3 theme for UI5 Libraries" in provisioning > company settings which if NOT enabled means the light blue colour is actually taken from the older  SAP Fiori 2 "Belize" base themes

If the option "Enable SAP Fiori 3 theme for UI5 Libraries" in provisioning > company settings is enabled - then the colour you see on this header in report center is taken from the newer SAP Fiori 3 theme (Quartz Light)

After the 1h 2022 release this will automatically change to white (Quartz Light) as the older SAP Fiori 2 "Belize" base themes will not longer be used at all - the option for "Enable SAP Fiori 3 theme for UI5 Libraries" will no longer even exist in provisioning > company settings as it will be used by default
