3193235 - Onboardees available in EmpJob API

Symptom

Candidates who have not completed onboarding are coming in EmpJob API

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

Expected Behavior if you are sending job information from RCM or if you have NHDR completed which involves job information

Resolution

  1. To filter out Onboardees using hiringNotCompleted field.
  2. This will remove Onboardees for whom MPH is not completed
