3193319 - Cannot save the workflow email templates with the expected pattern in the Maintain Email Templates app

Symptom

When creating customer email templates based on the pre-delivered workflow email templates SWF_WORKFLOW_COMPLETE_NOTIFY, it is not possible to save the email template ID with the expected pattern(YY1_<ScenarioId>_COMPLETE_POSITIVE or YY1_<ScenarioId>_COMPLETE_NEGATIVE) because of the length limitation.
