3193345 - AIX: rtld: 0712-001 Symbol ___strcmp64 was referenced

After OS restore, you find SAP system can not start up. 

R3trans fails with following errors:

exec() : 0509-036 Cannot load program R3trans because of the following errors
rtld: 0712-001 Symbol  strcmp64 was referenced
from module R3trans(), but a runtime definition of the symbol was not found.
rtld: 0712-001 Symbol  strcpy64 was referenced
from module R3trans(), but a runtime definition of the symbol was not found.
rtld: 0712-001 Symbol  setjmp was referenced
from module R3trans(), but a runtime definition of the symbol was not found.
rtld: 0712-002 fatal error: exiting.

Other executable commands under kernel directory returns similar error.
For example: "disp+work -V"
