3193396 - Add Contingent Worker fails to submit with Application Error in 1H 2022

Symptom

When adding an new user via Add Contingent Worker on selecting submit an Application Error is displayed in the 1H 2022 Release.

The error also occurs on approval of an Contingent Worker Workflow is a workflow is triggered when hiring a Contingent Worker.
