3193426 - Shorter Lead Time when using Time aggregation

Symptom

After running Optimizer with time aggregation you observe shorter lead time to deliver values in periods with aggregation. For example:

Source A > Destination B

Lead time = 10 days

 P1 - MonP2 - TueP3 - WedP4 - ThuP5 - FriP6 - SatP7 - SunP8 - MonP9 - TueP10 - WedP11 - ThuP12 - Fri
A - Demand    50           
B - Receipt          50 

Lead time = 10

With Time aggregation:

 P1 - MonP2 - TueP3 - WedP4 - ThuP5 - FriP6 - SatP7 - SunP8 - MonP9 - TueP10 - WedP11 - ThuP12 - Fri
A - Demand    50           
B - Receipt       50    

Lead time = 7
