3193463 - Error when saving the spot award program - Rewards and Recognition

Upon saving any change made on the award program, "The system detected an internal error. Contact your system administrator." error is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Rewards and Recognition

Make any change to a spot award program that has no program photo displaying in the settings page. Upon saving the following error is displayed: 

 

Additionally, you can check in Manage Data > Spot Award Program that the image extensions are .txt 

This is expected behavior. Starting b2005, attachments will not be copied from SOURCE to TARGET as part of BizX refresh (for both Manual and Automated/Instance Refresh Tool) as most of them contains PII (Personally Identifiable Information).

Last line of the Consent Statement pop-up in Instance Refresh Tool, informs customers that attachments are not included for refreshes​ before creating a refresh request.

Check all the spot awards with blank/empty program photo. Please reupload a new image on the program settings page.
