3193516 - Incremental load export of Remittance Locations missing data

Since the beginning of the year, there are several changes that business users have to make.  Since the export file is extracting the data correctly, this adds manual activity for business users.

When using ARBCIG_MASTER_DATA_EXPORT for incremental vendor changes, only the initial remittance location creation is written to the RemittanceLocationConsolidated.csv file with full address data. (The green is the one that the customer have the expected behavior and the red lines is the odd one, you can clearly see that there are missing information in the lines with the red values)

Any modifications of an existing remit partner are written to the file with missing address information.

We recommended the customer to install the 3072329 - Incremental load export of the Remittance Location master data containing multiple remittance locations for the same partner function for a supplier exported only the first instance of the Remittance Location master data.

By logging a comment in IG-31156 we requested the engineering team to move the pilot note to the customer version.
