3193535 - RESUME CONNECTION to RSSD crashes RepServer on Windows - SRS 16.0

• RepServer shuts down with a core dump when a connection to RSSD is resumed.
• This RepServer manages 160 IQ connections.
• There was a subscription which was not valid.
• Before dropping the problem subscription, "resume connection" for RSSD failed with the following error::
