In some processes, the Email with Dynamic Group Recipient Builder is triggered successfully but not always work.

There may be dynamic group with the same name

Please go to "Manage Workflow groups" and see if any dynamic group with the same name.

Change the name of dynamic group in Onboarding or EC.

If you cannot find the dynamic group with the same name, please raise a ticket.
