Symptom
The user is unable to login into SmartEdit due to the errors:
- "Bad credentials"
- "Bad client credentials"
- "Authentication failed. Ensure your credentials are correct and try again. Otherwise, go to Backoffice to resolve the password issue.",
even though the credentials are correct. This unexpected behavior is more common after recent update or installation of SAP Commerce.
