3193708 - Staging Bay value is "***" at delivery header level assignment to TU in /SCWM/TU transaction

Symptom

There is a delivery with all items assigned to the same staging bay.
One of the items belong to a batch hierarchy, and, since the main item is not relevant for staging (as it does not have stock assigned), the staging bay of this item is left blank.
In /SCWM/TU transaction, the delivery header level assignment to the TU (Transportation Unit) shows the value "***" in staging bay instead of the staging bay used in the delivery items.

The behavior happens for both inbound and outbound directions.
