3193782 - Excel Import Failed in Backoffice with validation error "Attribute \{1\} of type \{0\} does not exist or you do not have permissions to view the type"

Symptom

When using Excel Import feature to import Products in Backoffice, it failed with below validation error:

"Unknown attributes of type \{0\}

Attribute \{1\} of type \{0\} does not exist or you do not have permissions to view the type"

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
