3193847 - Invalid Importing Parameter Communication Scenario Name or Service Name

Error raised from custom implementation.

• SAP Cloud for Customer.
• SAP Business ByDesign.
• SAP Cloud Application Studio.

There can be many ways to reproduce this issue and will depend on the custom implementation. The error is raise in the UI.

The issue is happening because one or more communication scenarios have been updated with new services/changes in a patch. The solution is then deployed to the affected tenant where the related Communicaiton Arrangements have not been updated to reflect the changes.

This can be checked by determining solution deployment date and comparing the last change date on related Communication Arrangements in the UI - as below.

As above, a soution with changes made to some communication scenarios was deployed to the affected tenant on the given date. However, in the frontend, the Communicaiton Arrangments were created some time previously and will not select the additional services in the scenarios.

Partner must delete and recreate relating Communication Arrangements to ensure all services newly added to the scenarios are included.
