  • Double click viewing a Lumira Designer document from the BI Launchpad results in the error: HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server error appears
  • The document opens successfully from the BI Launchpad given opened from right click "view"
  • This issue occurs with one Lumira document
  • The issue does not occur with one user account (all other users effected)
