3194009 - How to customise number format of a field in Canvas report

By default, the canvas report fetches the number field like 1000000 without any format.
This KBA will explain how to format the above number field like 1,00,000 or any similar format. Need to create a calculated column to achieve this.

1. Edit the Canvas Report (Detailed reporting/ Advanced reporting)
2. Go to Calculated columns
3. Create a new calculated column - add the 'Number' as data Type.
4. Click on 'Edit Format' - enable 'Use Custom format'
5. Use the format as '0,000,000' or the required format.
