3194032 - NetWeaver as Java will exit and shut down when running out of memory

Symptom

When restarting the system, there is an OutOfMemoryError in the logs (TroubleshotingLogs and tracesLog Viewer):
Severity: Fatal
Server process shutting down with exit code [666]; memory allocation error [OutOfMemoryError]

In the logs you will also see similar error as the following
OutOfMemoryError in thread JCoDispatcherWorkerThread
   :    [8234]  15:27:22 ***ERROR (:0): OutOfMemoryError: Could not allocate 32 bytes
   :    [7983]  15:27:22 ***ERROR (:0): OutOfMemoryError: Could not allocate 80 bytes
