In Career path, when trying to add a new Role (any role - any method), the system shows error as:

Career path is invalid because roles in this career path are disconnected.

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

A reason this error will be thrown is when the Career Path has multiple start nodes. Multiple start nodes are not valid in Career Path V2.

Each Career Path that is created should only have 1 start node. Multiple Career Paths will need to be created to avoid this error. any role, any mode,
