Symptom
- The following Error message occurs when creating an Import Data Connection to SQL Database in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): "Unable to connect to data source. Check your connection details then try again"
- From Tomcat logs we can see error similar to the following:"The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: "sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target"."
