3194398 - Unable to initiate the onboarding process - Onboarding 1.0

• When a recruiter tries to initiate a new hire to onboarding, the following message appears.
• Unable to initiate the onboarding process. [ErrorCode - 500; ErrorMessage- Object reference not set to an instance of an object.]
• However, the new hire's case is shown in the Onboarding Workqueue. There are even a number of duplicate cases.

Process is not being set correctly when onboarding is initiated.

1. Super Admin.
2. Processes > Select affected process.
3. Click on Step 1 > Actions.
4. Delete the key Process from this action > Click Update.
   
   
   
   
5. Use Process Filters are in place to determine the correct onboarding process to use, there is no need to set the process in this manner.
