3194550 - Mapping Job Title for Multiple Languages via Position Integration - Recruiting Management

The integration between Position and Job Requisition does not support the mapping of multiple label translations from a Position field. By design, when creating a Job Requisition from Position Org Chart and you have your Job Title in the Position with multiple translations, the integration will only map the label of the system selected language.

If you're looking to post your Job Requisition to multiple, thereby wanting to have the Position Job Title field translations from the coming along with the mapping, you can use Job Profile feature.

As the fact that the Position integration does not map field value translation is expected, one option would be using Job Profile feature.

When a Job Requisition is created from Position Org Chart, the Job Profile is pulled based on the mapping of the jobCode field defined in the Position To Requisition Mapping Rule. Along with the Job Profile information, the Job Title is also pulled into the Job Requisition, which is based on the Role Name.
