3194551 - Delegate Workflow > Cannot be Saved if Delegatee has Special Characters

When using Delegate Workflows in the latest home page, when you select a user with a special character on his/her name, the Delegatee field does not translate the special character as is, and is converted into a gibberish code instead. Thus, the form cannot be saved.

1. Go to latest home page
2. Click Delegate Workflows
3. Select a Delegatee with special character on his/her name
   
   • Note: Notice how the special character has been converted into a 5-character code.

This is fixed on b2205 release.
