3195011 - Problem with shared views (using ALV / POWL)

Symptom

User can't see the Share View shared by another user.

Prerequisite of sharing views:

A user with the appropriate authorization (authorization object S_WDR_ADM, activity 06 and 07) is allowed to share views with other users.
