• Following the steps in Onboarding 1.0 New Hire Custom Card on the Latest Home Page, unable to pass step 3.
• IsOnboardingUser is missing when Adding a Target Group when creating a Custom Card on the latest home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Follow the steps provided in the blog
2. Create a custom field for IsOnboardingUser in Manage Business Configuration >> Employee Profile >> Standard
3. Go to Manage Home Page
4. Add a custom card
5. In the Target Group, unable to find the IsOnboardingUser when picking a category for people pool.

There is a missing step provided in the blog post.

Please follow the additional steps to make the IsOnboardingUser field available when adding a target group:

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration >> Employee Profile >> Standard
2. Choose the custom field you wish to use.
3. Configure the field with the following:
   
   •  Enabled=Yes
   • Picklist=No Selection
   • Mandatory=No
   • Masked=No
4. In the Element Permissions, add the following:
   
   • Write = EM
   • Read = *
