3195123 - Fiori Launchpad User Personalization (User Profiling) cannot be disabled or turn off

• The users wanted to disable the "User Profiling" from the User > Settings Menu but it appears it is not able to do so
• In older version of SAPUI5 version pre-SAPUI5 1.90.13, the main property to change to disable User Personalization is PERSONALIZATION and it worked before and now it fails

• A new parameter: HOMEPAGE_PERSONALIZATION which has a default = true
• This new parameter has a condition where most users may not want to use
• When changed to FALSE the app finder will also be disabled for the user
• With the above information, how does a user disable the User Personalization or User Profiling now
• No matter the different settings done (For PERSONALIZATION and/or HOMEPAGE_PERSONALIZATION), the User Profile is still active
