It failed to start ASCS/SCS instance with SIGSEGV(signal 11) in the c-stack

In some case, core dump has been generated. 
If extract the stack trace, we see sapstartsrv terminated with signal 11. 

And in some case, we see it failed in the "Al*" report which is relevant to CCMS. 

The kernel release of the affected SAP system is higher than note 2290638 - CCMS: Sapstartsrv hangs during initialization at instance start or has too long delay at exit event. 

in the ASCS/SCS instance, the CCMS agent is of no productive use anyway.
