3195192 - <PackagingGroupCode> is only 1 char long in XML

Symptom

You are using a Forwarding Order with dangerous goods. On the Forwarding Order UI, you observe that the field "packaging group" is 3 characters long and can be filled with values "I", "II" and "III". However, the corresponding field <PackagingGroupCode> in XML TransportationRequestRequest_In is only 1 char long, and if filled with value "I", error "Unexpected value "&1" in field &2 - 476(/scmtms/trq)" is thrown.
