3195365 - Onboarding 1.0 to RCM Value not transferring with correct mapping

• Field is mapped from RCM to Onboarding the value is not sent.
• Cannot map value from field from RCM to Onboarding

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 

1. Pick a Standard field in RCM.
2. Map this standard field from RCM to Onboarding using Setup Onboarding 1.0 Integration tool under Job Application Template.
3. Create a candidate in RCM and initiate Onboarding.
4. Value for Standard mapped field is not coming from RCM to Onboarding for candidate.

Configuration

RCM to Onboarding Mapping to repeating field is not supported.

1. Navigate to Onboarding 1.0
2. Select the drop down menu and select Settings.
3. Navigate to the Data Dictionary tab.
4. Filter the keys for the onboarding key you are using in this integration.
5. Double click on this key to see the configuration.
6. Untick the repeating field checkbox.

NOTE: If customer needs Onboarding field to be repeating field then they must create a new key to map instead.
