3195687 - How to delete the "Returns Delivery" for the accelerated customer return order?

Symptom

The "Returns Delivery" for the accelerated customer return order needs to be deleted when the subsequent "Outbound Delivery" for the purpose of replacement has already been posted goods issue.

Resolution

In the replacement scenario of the accelerated customer return, the "Returns Delivery" is firstly generated and posted goods receipt before the "Outbound Delivery" for the purpose of replacement is generated and posted goods issue. It is needed to firstly delete the subsequent "Outbound Delivery" before deleting the "Returns Delivery". Please follow the below steps for more details:

  1. Open the "Manage Outbound Deliveries" app and search for the outbound delivery "&1" of the accelerated returns process.
  2. Click the number "&1" and then click the "Pick outbound delivery" button.
  3. Click the "Reverse GI" button and then click the "Delete Delivery" button in the "Pick outbound delivery" page.
  4. Open again the "Manage Outbound Deliveries" app and search for the returns delivery "&2".
  5. Click the number "&2" and then click the "Pick outbound delivery" button.
  6. Click the "Reverse GR" button and then click the "Delete Delivery" button in the "Pick outbound delivery" page.
