3195772 - The restoration from another environment doesn't work

For some reason, the successful restoration from another environment may have some issues(images missing, media not included in the component etc.). Customer would try to do one more restoration and hoped that a new copy will be restored to the target environment, because the data backup worked fine on the original environment or another environment. But the direct restoration again won't fix the issue.
