Symptom

  • SUM tool is running in preprocessing step and it is stuck in phase MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHDDEL2/SHDUNINST_DB for a long time.
  • The following message was logged and nothing was updated in the logs.
    sp_dropuser 'SAPSR3SHD'  end  drop login 'SAPSR3SHD' end ')
  • There was a "log suspend" session in the master DB.
