Payment related information is missing in employee fact sheet.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Reproducing the Issue
- Open employee fact sheet application.
- Search for the payment related information.
Cause
Missing catalog.
Resolution
The Employee Factsheet app is available with the following business catalogs , make sure the catalogs are assigned/removed accordingly.
- SAP_HCM_BC_EMP_INF_DSP_PC: Employee - Information Display (Minimal)
- SAP_HCM_BC_EMP_DSP_PC: Employee - Display
- SAP_HCM_BC_EMP_PI_DSP_PC: Employee - Payment Information Display
Note: Employee-workforce and Employment-workforce navigate to same Employee factsheet app. These are two different search models provided by us.
