Payment related information is missing in employee fact sheet.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open employee fact sheet application.
  2. Search for the payment related information.

Cause

Missing catalog.

Resolution

The Employee Factsheet app is available with the following business catalogs , make sure the catalogs are assigned/removed accordingly.

  • SAP_HCM_BC_EMP_INF_DSP_PC: Employee - Information Display (Minimal)
  • SAP_HCM_BC_EMP_DSP_PC: Employee - Display
  • SAP_HCM_BC_EMP_PI_DSP_PC: Employee - Payment Information Display

Note:  Employee-workforce and Employment-workforce navigate to same Employee factsheet app. These are two different search models provided by us.
