3195971 - Data Hub not starting after SAP Commerce patch update 2105.10 / 2011.20 / 2005.25 / 1905.41

Symptom

After upgrade to patch 2105.10 / 2011.20 / 2005.25 / 1905.41 Data Hub is not starting with below error:
