3196058 - Everify Activity not created after completing Everify Correct Data process - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

  • Everify Process is not created upon completion of the Everify Correct Data process.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Close an E-Verify Activity as incorrect data is entered.
  2. Complete the E-Verify Correct Data Activity for the candidate.
  3. See that a new E-Verify process is not created.

Cause

This is a defect where E-verify activity not triggering after correct data.

Resolution

WORKAROUND:

  1. Initiate the Everify Activity manually via Onboarding >> Process >> Everify 

PERMANENT FIX:

  • The Engineering Team has introduced a fix and is scheduled to be deployed on 2h 2022 (b2211) release.
  • Reference Internal Ticket ONB-32659
